First up, fans can start getting pumped up because the artist is set to perform at the 2012 People’s Choice Awards. The award show made it official on the PCA Facebook page, but there is no word yet on what song she will take on. Our guess is that it might just be her next single. Her track Give Your Heart a Break is set to debut live at MTV’s New Year’s Eve countdown — where Demi is signed on to co-host as well. In fact, DL just released the cover art for the single, being sure to say it’s definitely one of her favorites from her Unbroken album. The cover art shows the softer side of the star, in a loose, fury white sweater along with light, pretty makeup. So once again, you can catch Give Your Heart a Break as soon as on December 31 and then you can tune into the People’s Choice Awards on January 1
