Originally made in 2005 before HISHE was even an official company, this short was the 2nd cartoon HISHE ever created. It was intended to develop my animation technique (eyebrows, hand gestures, etc) things that I had never attempted before. So I picked my most favorite film at the time “Saving Private Ryan”, and began writing a spoof that transformed into a bit teasing Tom Hanks’ massive career success. This is a short intended to be just that. It is not about war vets. It is not about who’s country is better. It is about Tom Hanks’ career as it stood in 2005. *Comments have been disabled because the majority of comments have turned into people looking to fight about things that have nothing to do with this short, so… we’re closing the gate.
